Kristi Burke oversees human resources and payroll functions for DMP BPO. Before acquiring the company, she held management, sales, and buying roles in the fashion and retail industries. She attended Texas Tech University and earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Art Institute of Dallas.

COO and CIO
Mark Depperschmidt oversees DMP BPO operations and information technology. He has more than 30 years of experience in information systems, project management, and property and casualty insurance. He is a certified Project Management Professional and is directly involved in new program implementations.
