Review Facilities & Capabilities

Address Processing and Postal Preparation

Mail services can include CASS and NCOA processing, presort, metering, and householding. CASS and NCOA can identify address standardization issues and known address changes before mailing.

Householding can combine eligible documents for one recipient into one envelope, which can reduce materials and postage when your source data and business rules support it.

Production and Mail-Stream Reporting

The Client Information System can provide file, job, record, and individual-document information. Intelligent Mail barcode data can provide additional visibility as eligible mail moves through the USPS delivery channel.

Mail reports provide scan and mail-stream information for eligible pieces. The reporting available for each program is confirmed during implementation.

Batch One-Off Documents With Virtual Print

DMP BPO also offers virtual print capabilities for office mail that would otherwise be produced one document at a time. Approved one-off documents can be collected into batches for production and mailing.

This approach can reduce manual office printing and consolidate work into a controlled production process. The exact intake process and production schedule are defined for your program.
